Sami Sulieman
Sami Sulieman is an entrepreneur and advisor based in Malmö, Sweden. He is the founder of Karman Advisory, where he works with founders and growth-stage companies on three things: how to finance the business, how to shape the business model, and how to take the product to market.
His work sits at the intersection of capital and execution. That means helping a founder decide whether the next step is equity, debt, a strategic partner or a structured exit. It means pressure-testing a business model before it meets investors. And it means building the commercial engine that turns a good product into real revenue.
Focus areas
Financing strategy. Capital structure, investor readiness, term sheets, M&A and the mechanics of getting a deal across the line. The goal is always the same: the cleanest possible path from where the company is today to where the founders want it to be.
Business model development. How a company makes money, who it sells to, and what has to be true for the model to scale. Sami works closely with founders to find the version of the business that is both fundable and operationally honest.
Commercialization. Go-to-market, partnerships, pricing and the first serious revenue motion. Partner-led distribution is a recurring theme in his work, especially for companies that cannot afford to build a large sales organization from day one.
Sectors
Sami's experience spans fintech, SaaS and medtech. He is most useful in situations where a technically strong product needs sharper commercial packaging, or where a company has good traction but a capital structure that needs work before the next round.
Approach
He prefers building on top of something that already exists rather than starting from zero. He tends to look for problems that are commercially obvious but still unsolved, and for founders who want an operator in the room, not just an advisor on a slide.
